11 TLP workers remanded in terrorism case

LAHORE, Oct 16 (APP): An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Thursday granted eight-day physical remand of eleven workers of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) in a terrorism case.
The accused were produced before Duty Judge Irfan Haider, where the investigating officer requested their physical remand for further investigation.
The suspects are accused of attacking police personnel and setting property on fire during violent protests.
The court approved an eight-day physical remand and handed the accused over to police custody.
A terrorism case against the workers has been registered at the Chuhng Police Station.
Those remanded include Muhammad Tariq, Shahid Ali, Jahangir Babar, Ali Raza, Ghulam Murtaza, Ejaz Ahmad, Master Karim Bakhsh, Muhammad Rizwan, Abdul Ghani, and others.
