RAWALPINDI, Jun 23 (APP): Police have arrested a motorcycle lifter and recovered five stolen motorcycles from his possession on Monday.
According to police, the accused is a habitual criminal and has previously been involved in several cases of motorcycle theft.
He has a criminal record.
Police have registered a case and started investigation.
SP Potohar Talha Wali commended R.A Bazzar police team and said the arrested suspect will be presented in court with strong evidence. “Those who deprive citizens of their hard-earned assets will not be spared,” he added.
Meanwhile, Waris Khan Police have arrested two liquor suppliers and confiscated 105 bottles and 240 liters of liquor from their possession.
The vehicles used by the criminals were also seized by the police, spokesman added.
