US, China and UK top 3 destinations of Pakistani exports in 11 months

ISLAMABAD, Jun 25 (APP):The United States (US) remained the top export destination of Pakistani products during the first eleven months of the current fiscal year 2024-25, followed by China and the United Kingdom (UK).
Total exports to the US during July-May 2024-25 were recorded at US $5552.615 million against the exports of US $4999.608 million during July-May 2023-24, showing an increase of 11.06 percent, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
This was followed by China, wherein Pakistan exported goods worth US $2270.032 million against the exports of US $2556.126 million last year, showing a decrease of 11.19 percent.
UK was the third top export destination, where Pakistan exported products worth US $1985.167 million during the month under review against the exports of US $1863.566 million, SBP data revealed.
Among other countries, Pakistani exports to UAE stood at US $1979.847 million against US $1879.640 million last year while the exports to Germany were recorded at US $1549.055 million against US $1383.763 million last year, data said.
During July-May 2024-25, the exports to Holland were recorded at $1384.521 million against $1275.110 million whereas the exports to Italy stood at $1046.224 million against $1032.472 million.
Pakistan’s exports to Spain were recorded at $1354.836 million against the exports of US $1334.277 million while the exports to Afghanistan were recorded at $723.442 million against $511.627 million last year.
The exports to Bangladesh stood at US $728.303 million against US $599.650 million.
Similarly, the exports to France during the months under review were recorded at US $520.389 million against US $464.879 million while the exports to Belgium stood at US $498.080 million against US $506.598 million.
Pakistan’s exports to Saudi Arabia were recorded at US $654.765 million during the current year compared to US $661.209 million last year whereas the exports to Turkiye stood at US $249.932 million against US $312.545 million.
