ISLAMABAD, Feb 13 (APP): The price of 24 karat per tola gold witnessed a decrease of Rs8,600 and was sold at Rs519,962 on Friday against its sale at Rs528,562 the previous trading day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also decreased by Rs 7,373 to Rs 445,783 from Rs 453,156, whereas the price of 10 grams of 22 karat gold went down by Rs 6,759 to Rs 408,649 from Rs 415,408.
The rates of per tola and ten gram silver decreased by Rs 501 and Rs 430 to Rs 8,324 and Rs 7,136, respectively.
The price of gold in the international market decreased by $86 to $4,972 from $5,058, whereas that of silver went down by $5.1 to $78.40, the Association reported.
