Gold prices plunge by Rs11,000 per tola
ISLAMABAD, Mar 26 (APP): The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs11,000 on Thursday and was sold at Rs468,262 on Thursday compared to its sale at Rs479,262 on the last trading day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also decreased by Rs9,430 to Rs401,459 from Rs410,889 whereas the prices of 10 gram 22 karat gold went down by Rs8,644 to Rs368,017 from Rs376,661.
The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs340 to Rs7,484, whereas that of ten gram silver went down by Rs291 to Rs6,416.
The price of gold in the international market decreased by $110 to $4,455 from $4,565 whereas that of silver declined by $3.40 to $70.00, the Association reported.
