Bugti directs timely completion of Rakhni–Bekar Road project, warns against delays

QUETTA, Mar 26 (APP):Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti chaired an important meeting to review progress on the construction of the Rakhni–Bekar blacktop road project, where officials briefed him on the current status of work.

Bugti expressed strong displeasure over delays in the project, making it clear that sluggishness in development schemes would not be tolerated under any circumstances. He directed that the concerned construction company, along with the Superintending Engineer (SC) and Executive Engineer (XEN), must remain present at the project site until completion to ensure both pace and quality of work.

The Chief Minister instructed that the blacktop road and associated bridges between Rakhni and Bekar must be completed within the stipulated timeframe. He emphasized that timely completion would significantly improve connectivity in the area and provide much-needed convenience to the local population.

Sarfraz Bugti also directed the Secretary of Communications and Works to conduct monthly site visits and personally monitor progress, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and in accordance with quality standards.
