BARSHORE, Mar 27 (APP): Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti has announced a wide-ranging development package for the newly upgraded district of Breshore, emphasizing that the creation of new districts across the province aims to ensure equitable growth and prosperity.

At a large public gathering celebrating Breshore’s elevation to district status, CM Sarfraz Bugti unveiled several initiatives upgradation of the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital to a District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, expansion of police stations to strengthen law enforcement capacity.

He also announced the integration of Basic Health Units (BHUs) into a telehealth system and full operationalization of 254 schools in the district.

The CM ordered the issuance of a notification granting Municipal Committee status to Breshore.

The notification was formally handed over to local parliamentary secretary Asfandiyar Khan Kakar during the event.

Administrative Strengthening
Bugti highlighted the appointment of a capable Deputy Commissioner for the new district, stressing the importance of activating government machinery to make Breshore a self-sustaining administrative unit.

Congratulating residents, Sarfraz Bugti said the long-standing demand for district status had finally been fulfilled, calling it the realization of a vision once held by the late Sarwar Khan Kakar. He described the moment as a significant milestone in the region’s history.

Sarfraz Bugti condemned a recent tragic incident in Yaro, pledging justice for victims and reiterating his administration’s commitment to stand against ??? (injustice). He also addressed criticism on social media, saying he listens to public feedback but will not succumb to blackmail or undue pressure.

Bugti mentioned Pakistan’s long-standing support for Afghan refugees, expressed solidarity with Iran, and condemned Israeli aggression. He praised Pakistan’s military leadership for safeguarding the country’s territorial integrity.

CM Bugti reaffirmed his resolve to visit all parts of Balochistan and continue development efforts. He thanked attendees from Toba Kakari and Karezat, assuring them of future development focus.

Provincial ministers and officials also addressed the gathering, marking the event as a significant step in the administrative and developmental evolution of the region.
