Plan afoot to supply water from Ghazi Barotha to Islamabad

Replying to a Calling Attention Notice raised by Asiya Naz Tanoli and Night Parveen Mir regarding sub-standard functioning and inadequate maintenance of water filtration plants installed in Islamabad resulting in spread of several diseases, the project would cost around Rs 60 to 70 billion.
