Religious scholars warn India to avoid any mis-adventure

ISLAMABAD, Oct 6 (APP): Religious scholars of different schools of thought said that the whole nation is standing united for protecting the sovereignty of the country and warned India to refrain from any mis-adventure.
In a joint statement here at conference regarding Muharamul Haram arranged by Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC), they said that entire nation was ready to defend their country against any aggression, adding that the whole nation is standing by the government and Pakistan Army.
The conference was chaired by PUC Chairman Hafiz Tahir Muhammad Ashrafi. While the conference was attended by religious scholars of different schools of thought including Syed Fakhr ul Hassan Kararwi, Sahibzada Zahid Mehmood Qasmi, Allama Arif Waheedi, Allama Zubair Zaheer, Maulana Ayub Safdar, Maulana Riaz Kharral, Allama Zubair Abid, Maualana Sharif Hazarwi, Maulana Abdul Hameed Watto, Maualana Asad Ullah Farooq, Maualana Asad Zikriya and Maulana Abdul Hameed Sabri.
Speaking on the occasion, Pakistan Ulema Council Central Chairman Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi criticised Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan for not attending Joint Session of the Parliament House as it was summoned to discuss Kashmir issue.
He said that Joint Session of Parliament on Kashmir issue was a good initiative to highlight the cause across the world and formulate a joint strategy.
He said that today conference has strongly condemned Indian forces atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
He said that PUC National Reconciliation Council also formulated a code of conduct and would be implemented for maintaining peace and promoting unity during the month of Muharamul Haram.
Ulema also vowed to follow the code of ethics formulated by PUC specially for the month of Muharamul Haram.
They thanked and congratulated PUC for organizing conference regarding Muharamul Haram.
