Youth full of sports passion: Punjab sports minister

LAHORE, Jun 18 (APP):Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti said on Tuesday that Pakistani youth had great passion for the game of snooker and that was why the provincial government has included it in five games, keeping in view their medal-winning chances at the international events.
He said this while addressing a prize-distribution ceremony of the Punjab Inter-Division (Open) Snooker Championship at Nishtar Park Sports Complex Gymnasium Hall here.
Faisalabad won the championship by beating Multan in the final by 2-0. Dera Ghazi Khan finished third in the event. Sports Department Punjab organised the two-day snooker championship with the collaboration of Punjab Snooker Association (PSA).
