ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Rain-thundershower is expected at isolated places of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), FATA, Islamabad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan whereas mainly hot and humid weather conditions to prevail in most parts of the country during next 24 hours.
Rainfall is expected at isolated places of Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sargodha, Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat divisions, Islamabad, FATA, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Less marked seasonal low lies over Northeast Balochistan.
Weak monsoon currents are penetrating upper parts of the country.
A shallow westerly wave is still affecting upper parts of the country and likely to affect during next two to three days, an official of Met office told APP.
In last 24 hours weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country.
However, rain-thunderstorm occurred at isolated places
in Malakand, Zhob divisions, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
