ISLAMABAD, Dec 8 (APP): Rain forecast at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi divisions and Islamabad with light rain, snowfall at scattered places of Khaber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during next 24 hours.
Foggy conditions are likely to continue in plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh while cold and dry weather to continue in other parts of the country during this time span.Met office reported that a western disturbance is likely to enter western parts of the country tonight and likely to grip upper parts of the country on Wednesday and may persist till Friday (morning).In last 24 hours weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country.Lowest temperatures recorded during last 24 hours was Gupis -03øC, Parachinar -02øC, Islamabad 06øC, Lahore 09øC, Karachi 16øC, Peshawar 08øC, Quetta 03øC, Gilgit 01øC, Chitral 03øC, Hunza 00øC, Muzaffarabad 07øC, Murree 03øC, Skardu 00øC, Faisalabad 10øC, Multan 11øC, Hyderabad 16øC, Dir 02øC and Kalat 02øC. Pollen count was 11 per m3 of air during last 24 hours.
