KARACHI, May 20 (APP): The Pakistan Meteorological Department on Wednesday forecast hot and dry weather across most districts of Sindh over the next 24 hours, with intense heat expected to persist in the province’s upper districts.
According to the met office, weather remained mainly hot, very hot and dry in most districts of the province on Wednesday.
In Sindh, the highest maximum temperature was recorded in Dadu where mercury touched 48 C mark on thermometer, while Jacobabad, Mohenjodaro, and Shaheed Benazirabad kept sizzling at 47 C. Maximum temperature in Larkana and Sakrand was recorded as 46 C, Sukkur 45 C, Hyderabad 42 C, Mithi 41 C, Thatta 37 C and Karachi 36 C.
