ISLAMABAD, Dec 11 (APP):State Minister for Interior Shahryar Afridi Tuesday stressed the need to promote love, brotherhood, tolerance and fraternity as envisioned by the holy Prophet (PBUH).
Addressing annual prize distribution ceremony of a private school, he said we should pledge to respect the all irrespective of their status or position.
He vowed transforming the country into a modern Islamic country by adopting golden principles of Islam.
He said Pakistan never hesitated in extending help to brother Islamic countries.
He lamented that over 20.50 million children were still out of schools.
By overcoming ethnic and religious difference, we can compete the world.
Unity will have to be developed to ensure prosperous Pakistan.
Responding to a question, he said the anti-encroachment operation was continuing against those who occupied state land and operation is not against the persons having build house or shops on purchased land.
Details of regularization of Prime Minister’s home in Bani Gala could be sought from Supreme Court of Pakistan.
