ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP): Prime Minister Imran Khan Thursday assured Afghanistan of Pakistan’s all-out humanitarian assistance, urging the international community to fulfill its collective responsibility for averting a grave humanitarian crisis in the war-torn country.

He said Pakistan was sending essential food items, emergency medical supplies and winter shelters to provide immediate relief to Afghan people.
