ISLAMABAD, Oct 28 (APP): Trials to select the final lineup for the
8th Junior Asia Cup will be held at Hockey Stadium Johar Town, Lahore on Saturday.
The event will be held in Kuantan, Malaysia from November 14 to 22. It
will also serve as qualifier for the Junior World Cup 2016.
According to news release issued by Pakistan Hockey Federation the
trials will be observed by National Selection Committee – comprising Abdul Rasheed Junior (Chairman) and Farhat Hassan Khan, Waseem Feroze, Saeed Khan and Qasim Khan (members). The committee will formulate its recommendations for the approval of President PHF Brig (rtd) Khalid Khokhar.
The training camp of national junior probables is in underway at
Hockey Stadium Johar Town, Lahore.
