ISLAMABAD, Nov 27 (APP): Pakistani Judoka Shah Hussain Shah will be head-to-head against world no. 2 Azerbaijan’s Gasimov Elmar on Saturday in the Grand Prix at Korea.
Shah will face Elmar in -100Kg weight category. A total of 70 Countries are participating in the event with a total of 418 athletes in which 236 are male and 182 are female, says a press release issued here. Secretary General, Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF), Masood Ahmed said that Grand Prix is not a mega event but due to qualifying rounds for 2016 Olympic Brazil all best athletes of the world have participated in this event. “It will also count 100% points for upcoming Olympics,” he said.
