ISLAMABAD, Oct 25 (APP): Upon assuming the leadership of the Tent Pegging Chair at the Asian Equestrian Federation, Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali has embarked on a significant mission to advocate for the inclusion of Tent Pegging in the Olympics.
During his recent tour to Oman, he engaged in discussions with the President of the Asian Equestrian Federation, Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al Attiyah, said a statement on Wednesday.
During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was officially executed between the International Tent Pegging Federation and the Asian Equestrian Federation in Oman.
Sahibzada said this groundbreaking MoU would open doors for Tent Pegging’s potential inclusion in the Asian Games.
He expressed his commitment to advancing the global presence of Tent Pegging as a sport.
It is noteworthy that Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali is recently elected as the leader of the Tent Pegging Chair at the Asian Equestrian Federation, representing 24 countries in this prestigious role.
