PTF elects Noman Sharif unopposed as treasurer

ISLAMABAD, Jul 02 (APP): Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) has elected Noman Sharif unopposed as its Treasurer for the 2026–2028 term.

According to a press release issued on Thursday, the election for the post of Treasurer was held on June 27 at the PTF Tennis Complex in Islamabad, where representatives of the federation’s affiliated units participated in the electoral process.

Following the completion of the nomination and election procedures, Noman Sharif was declared elected unopposed.

PTF President Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, Secretary General Col. Zia-ud-Din Tufail (R) and the federation’s other office-bearers congratulated Noman Sharif on his election, expressing confidence that his financial expertise and commitment would further strengthen the federation’s financial management, transparency and governance.

Speaking on the occasion, Noman Sharif thanked the affiliated units and PTF leadership for their confidence, reaffirming his commitment to ensure transparency, accountability and sound financial stewardship while working for the welfare of players and the continued development of tennis in Pakistan.
