President SCCI graced the opening match of hockey at Sialkot Sports Complex

SIALKOT, Aug 13 (APP):President Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Abdul Ghafoor Malik graced the opening match of hockey at the newly constructed Sialkot Sports Complex as the chief guest.

According to SCCI, this significant event marked the inauguration of the modern AstroTurf Hockey Stadium and football ground, both built by the Pakistan Army to enhance sports facilities in the region.

Major General Muhammad Imran Khan Babar addressed the audience and emphasized the critical role of such modern sports infrastructures in nurturing young talent and fostering a culture of sportsmanship in the area.

He highlighted that these facilities would not only serve as a platform for local athletes to hone their skills but also elevate Sialkot’s standing in the national sports arena.
