PFF’s D certificate coaching course

LAHORE, Apr 25 (APP):Pakistan Football Federation’s ‘D’ certificate coaching course (1st batch) got under way here on Thursday at Model Town Football Academy ground.
Altogether 26 young and aspiring coaches from all over Pakistan are taking part in the 5-day beneficial activity, which aims at upgrading their existing knowledge.
“This is the first course being organised by the incumbent PFF body after winning elections in December 2018. This is the 4th time that the MTFA has the honor of organising the course,” said Mian Rizwan Ali, president, MTFA, as well Lahore District Football Association. Another ‘D’ course will also be held under the aegis of the MFTA in June.
“At the moment, the PFF is working hard under the dynamic leadership of its President Syed Ashfaq Hussain Shah and Secretary Sheikh Siddque to make up for the lost period in the PFF due to various reasons. The PFF is seriously focused on coach education and hence the holding of the course is another milestone in this brief period of incarnation,” he added.
The course instructor is Akhtar Mouhiuddin, who is being assisted by Khaled Khan (AFC ‘B’ licence) while Sufi Anees Javed will be referee instructor.
