KARACHI, May 24 (APP): Pakistan Teams qualified for Quarter-finals in the ACBS Team Event Snooker Championship 2016 which commenced in Abu Dhabi on May 23.
According to the information made available by the Pakistan
Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA), both teams Pakistan-1, comprising Mohammad Asif and Asjad Iqbal and Pakistan-2, composed of Mohammad Bilal and Babar Masih, qualified for the Quarter-finals.
Knock-out draw would be after last round matches and last session would start at 8:00 pm on May 24.
Bilal and Babar, combining as Pakistan-2, outplayed Iran 3-2 with frames scores of 05-109, 52-64, 84-32, 94-0, 75-13.
While, Malaysia defeated Pakistan -1, comprising of Asif and
Asjad, 3-2 with frames scores 78-51, 0-92, 124-0, 57-71, 89-06.
