Pakistan team reaches Singapore for WT Asia 12 & Under Team Competition finals
ISLAMABAD, Sep 14 (APP):Pakistan’s young tennis stars have reached Singapore to compete in the WT Asia 12 & Under Team Competition Finals, scheduled to be held from September 15 to 20.
The Pakistan team comprises Muhammad Aayan, Muhammad Faizan, and Muhammad Ibraheem Hussain Gill, while Heera Ashiq will serve as the team captain, said a press release.
Pakistan earned its place in the Finals after finishing runner-up in the WT Asia 12 & Under Qualifying Event held in Nepal in April 2026, securing qualification for the prestigious final event in Singapore.
President Pakistan Tennis Federation Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi, Secretary General Col. (R) Zia-ud-Din Tufail, and the PTF Management have extended their best wishes to the young team and expressed their confidence in the players to represent Pakistan with pride and perform strongly at the international level.
