ISLAMABAD, Nov 23 (APP):The 29th Boys & 24th Girls National Age Group Swimming Championship concluded here at the Pakistan Sports Complex on Sunday.
Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar (Nishan-i-Imtiaz) graced the event as a chief guest and distributed medals among the position holders.
In boys’ age group–10 and under, team Punjab took the first position while team Sindh was the runner-up and best swimmer was Muhammad Aban Kashif, PUNJAB (5 x Gold Medals).
In boys’ age group–12 and under, team Sindh bagged first position while Punjab was the runner-up and best swimmer was Muhammad Rafi, Sindh (4 x Gold & 1 x Silver).
In boys’ age group–14 and under, team Sindh grabbed the first position while team Punjab was the runner-up and best swimmer was Ali Usman, Sindh (4 x Gold).
In boys’ age group–16 & under, team Sindh took the first position while team Pakistan Army was the runner-up and best swimmer was Syed Azlan Sohail, Sindh (5 x Gold with 2 x New National Records).
In girls’ age group–10 and under, team Sindh was the winner while team Pakistan Navy was the runner-up.
