Mohsen Gilani meets Global Football Leaders at FIFA Executive Summit

ISLAMABAD, Jun 20 (APP): President of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) Mohsen Gilani was present at the FIFA Executive Summit 2025 held in Miami, engaging with top global football leadership to discuss development opportunities.
During the summit, the PFF President held a productive meeting with FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström who assured full support for the development of football in Pakistan, said a press release.
He reaffirmed FIFA’s commitment to working closely with the PFF to promote both on-field and off-field football infrastructure and capacity building.
PFF President also met FIFA Global Chief of Football Arsene Wenger.
The president had a meeting with Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa, President of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and FIFA Senior Vice President to discuss regional collaboration and AFC’s technical support for grassroots and youth development in Pakistan.
On the sidelines of the summit, Mohsen Gilani also connected with regional football leaders including Jaswar Umar, President of the Football Federation of Sri Lanka (FFSL) and Ugyen Wangchuk, General Secretary of the Bhutan Football Federation (BFF).
The high-level engagements signal a renewed momentum for football development in Pakistan and international support for newly elected President and Executive Committee of PFF.
