Majid jumps to 5th in National Snooker

KARACHI, Dec. 8 (APP)- Pakistan’s emerging cueist Muhammad Majid Ali jumped to fifth spot in the latest ranking chart released by Pakistan Billiards and Snooker Association (PBSA) here on Tuesday.
Former Asian number two Majid from Punjab, made a leap of 12 places on the National Ranking Chart.Country’s two ace cueists Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Sajjad both from Punjab maintained the top slots in the ranking.

Former IBSF World Champion Asif is ranked number one and ex-world number two Sajjad number two. Babar Masih of Rawalpindi leap frogged to 6th from 14th and
Sharjeel Mahmood of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) climbed to 8th from 17th
Abdul Sattar of Sindh, who represented Pakistan in IBSF World
championship last month, slipped eight places from 3rd 11.
