LAHORE, July 18 (APP): Pakistan Super league participating team, Lahore Qalandar will honour leg spinner Yasir Shah at a reception for his sterling performance in the Lords test which Pakistan won by convincing margin of 75 runs against England.
“On the return of Pak team to home, we will host a reception to acknowledge the outstanding performance of him by awarding excellent award,” said Rana Fawad, owner of Lahore Qalandar here on Monday.
He said Yasir played a pivotal role in Pakistan teams victory success and got the award of man of the match by claiming altogether ten wickets in a test match to become world’s sixth spinner to accomplish such a feat.
“Yasir put up all round show to play his due role in team’s historic victory and we are confident that he will exhibit similar performance in coming matches,” he stated.
