KP squad for 36th National Boxing Championship announced

PESHAWAR, Jan 07 (APP):Secretary KP Boxing Association Syed
Kamal Sunday announced Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Boxing Squad for the forthcoming 36th
National Boxing Championship to be played at Lahore from January 19-24, 2018.
Talking to APP, Syed Kamal Khan said that they held a day
long trials wherein 44 players participated and among them they have
short-listed probables looking after their performances in the trials. He said
the female trials will be organized
on
January 16 at Hayatabad Sports Complex Boxing Arena. The female trials will be
held in -48kg, -51kg, -57kg, -60kg, -69 and -75kg weight categories.
He said Gul Sher Khan has been nominated as coach while Sultan
Mehmood would act as assistant coach. The selected probables comprising Eidullah
(-49Kg), Mian Uzair Saeed (-52Kg), Hamza Rehman (-56Kg), Hamza Rahim (-60Kg), Amir
Masood (-64Kg), Muhammad Faizan (-69Kg), Hasnain Masood (-75Kg), Shahid Khan (-81Kg),
Ezaz Ali Shah (-91Kg) and Imtiaz Afridi (+91Kg).
