IPC to reward Nasir soon

ISLAMABAD, Nov 11 (APP): Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) on Wednesday said the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) will soon reward the Squash champion Nasir Iqbal with a cash prize to appreciate and encourage his performance.
Nasir on Wednesday thrashed US Todd Harrity to clinch the President Gold Cup Squash Championship held here at the Mushaf Squash Complex, says a press release issued here.
The Director General, PSB Dr Akthar Nawaz Ganjera expressed its
pleasure and heartiest congratulation to Nasir for performing flawless in the event. He said this is the revival of Pakistan Squash at International level.
He said he is optimistic that this great performance would go a long way
in the revival of the game.
He further vowed that to appreciate and encourage the performance
of Nasir, a cash award will be announced soon by Mian Riaz Husain Pirzada,
IPC Minister.
