ISLAMABAD, May 13 (APP): Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi on Tuesday announced that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) would resume on May 17, after being briefly suspended due to regional tensions.
“HBL PSL X picks up from where it left off! Six teams, zero fear,” Naqvi said in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
“Let the aura take over as we unite and celebrate the spirit of cricket.”
The chairman confirmed that the eight remaining matches would be played, leading up to the grand final on May 25. He wished all teams the best of luck as the country prepares to welcome the return of the top-tier T20 domestic league.
The tournament features six franchise teams and draws international talent and local stars alike, serving as a major event in the country’s cricket calendar.
