FATA Olympic Association to hold trials for Inter-Provincial Games

PESHAWAR, Feb 21 (APP):The FATA Olympic Association Wednesday decided to hold trials of various games for the forthcoming Inter-Provincial games to be starting in March this year.
Talking to APP, Secretary General FATA Olympic Association Rehmat Gul Afridi said that they have organized a meeting with
Presidents and Secretaries of all the associations affiliated with FATA Olympic Association and decided to hold the trials well before the commencement of the games in Peshawar.
He said the meeting was attended by Nawabzada Imtiaz Afridi, Noor Aslam, Abdul Samad, Amjad Khan, Manzoor Khan, Sultan Akbar, Allah Gul Afridi, Nouman Afridi, Shamas Orakzai, Imran Afridi, Mehran Uddin Khan, Aamir Afridi, Amin Jan, Masood Afridi.
He said that they have already started preparation for holding the trials in various games including archery, tennis, athletics,
badminton, table tennis will be organized on February 24, volleyball on February 25 at Qayyum Sports Complex, while the wushu, karate, boxing, jujitsu trials at the same venue will be held on February 28 and Taekwondo trials will be organized at Dera Ismail Khan on February 25, 2018.
