Efforts being made for promotion of table tennis: President PTTF

ISLAMABAD, May 30 (APP):President of Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) , Khawaja Hassan has said that efforts are being made for promotion of table tennis in country.
He said that Master Table Tennis Tournament will be held at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad after Eid UL Fitr, in which more than fifty men and women players will take part.
Khawaja Hassan Malik said that there is no shortage of talent of table tennis in country and there is need to provide facilities, Radio Pakistan reported.
President said that young players also need to get more playing opportunities in tournaments in country so that they may brighten country’s name at world level.
The competitions being held at educational institution level are helping in bringing forth new talent, he added.
