ISLAMABAD, Oct 21 (APP):Cricket fever remained high on the second day of the ongoing Test match between Pakistan and South Africa at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, as fans turned out in large numbers to cheer for the teams.
Amid pleasant weather and a lively atmosphere, a diverse crowd of students, families, and local residents filled the stands, cheering passionately for their favorite players throughout the day.
According to a PCB official, to encourage greater public engagement, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made entry to Javed Miandad, Yasir Arafat and Miran Bakhsh, enclosures completely free for the duration of the Rawalpindi Test.
The initiative aims to bring fans closer to Test cricket and to provide them with an opportunity to experience the excitement of live matches in a festive environment.
The move is also intended to further promote cricket culture in stadiums and enhance the spectator experience.
