Australian team reach Pakistan for ICC CT

ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 (APP): The Australian cricket team has arrived in Pakistan to feature in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 beginning February 19.
As per details received here, the Australian cricket team has arrived in two groups. The first group, which included team captain Steve Smith, coaches, and support staff, arrived from Colombo via Dubai.
The second group, comprising 15 players and two additional members of the support staff, followed the same route and reached Lahore later the same day.
The Australian players who arrived in Lahore in the second group included Marnus Labuschagne, Glenn Maxwell, Travis Head, Matthew Short and Adam Zampa.
Australia will play their first match in the ICC Champions Trophy against arch-rivals England on February 22 at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Australia’s second match in the ICC Champions Trophy will be against South Africa on February 25 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
Australia will play their last group match against Afghanistan on February 28 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
