LAHORE, Feb 07 (APP):The annual sports day of Kinnaird college for women will be held here on February 9 at College ground.
“A big strength of college students will feature in a number of sports event to showcase their talent and technique,” said Ammara Rubab ,Director Sports ,Kinniard college while talking to APP on Wednesday.
She said Kinniard college has its own reputed status in the field of sports and college Principal ,Mrs Rukhsana David is taking keen interest in the promotion of sports in the institution by engaging students in various disciplines.
“It is the result of our efforts and hard work that Kinniard college is known as a nursery to identity new talent in sports and to groom it to serve national sports,” she said.
Provincial Minister for Excise and Taxation, Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman will be the chief guest on the occasion to give away trophies and prizes at the closing ceremony.
