FAISALABAD, Sept 6 (APP): As many as 16 cricket players
have been selected for Lahore Qalander team during trials,
held on Tuesday, at Iqbal Stadium.
The names of selected players are including Salman Ali,
Bilal Jamshed, Shafqatullah, Hamza ali, Anees Ahmed, Shahzad ali, Saadullah,Amir Javed, M Irfan, M Umar Senior, Muhammad Amir, Irfan Liaqat,left hand fast bowler Hashir Riaz, left hand spinner Ghulam Rabani,Ahmed Safi and wicket keeper Ali Shan.
Earlier, two-day trials were held under the aegis of National
Cricket Academy and the names of selected players were announced in presence of DCO Salman Ghani while head of National Cricket Academy Mudasar Nazar, Director Cricket Operation Lahore Qalander Aqib Javed, DO Sports Tariq Nazir and others were present on the occasion.
