LARKANA, May 16 (APP): The University of Larkano successfully organized the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme (PMYLS) Phase-IV Distribution Ceremony at the IT Hall, Main Campus on Saturday.
The ceremony was inaugurated by Dr. Fahad Shafiq and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nek Muhammad Shaikh. During his welcome address, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nek Muhammad Shaikh warmly welcomed the distinguished Chief Guest, guests, sectional heads, faculty members, and students.
Dr. Javed Shabir Dar, Super Focal person PMYLS TUoL, in his speech, appreciated the dedicated efforts and cooperation of all departmental focal persons in ensuring the successful execution of the scheme.
Addressing the Event, Chief Guest Dr. Fahad Shafiq highlighted the importance of the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme. He appreciated the collective efforts of the organizing team and reaffirmed that his office doors are always open for students facing academic or administrative difficulties.
Vice Chancellor, distinguished guests, and sectional heads then officially inaugurated the laptop distribution ceremony.Subsequently, laptops were distributed among the selected students by the Chief Guest, Vice Chancellor, Dean Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Focal Person Faculty of Social Sciences, Focal Person Faculty of Engineering, departmental chairmen, and focal persons.The event concluded with enthusiasm and a renewed commitment to academic excellence and the digital empowerment of students.
