SRSO Reviews Progress of SPHF & WASH Programmes in Sukkur

A Project Progress Review (PPM) meeting of the Sindh People’s Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) and WASH Programmes was held at the SRSO Complex, Sukkur on Friday to assess implementation status and address bottlenecks.

SUKKUR, Jun 19 (APP): A Project Progress Review (PPM) meeting of the Sindh People’s Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) and WASH Programmes was held at the SRSO Complex, Sukkur on Friday to assess implementation status and address bottlenecks.
The meeting was presided over by SRSO Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro. It was attended by General Managers, SPHF Team Leader Sikandar Sanam Phull, Regional General Managers (RGMs), Aumir Abbas Mangi, Asad Jatoi, District Managers of all covering districts and other programme staff.
District Managers presented district-wise progress updates and flagged critical bottlenecks requiring immediate intervention. The forum collectively devised strategies to bridge implementation gaps, strengthen inter-district coordination, and accelerate the pace of construction and service delivery.
Addressing the participants, CEO Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro stressed the need to maintain momentum and ensure the timely completion of SPHF project activities in line with approved timelines. He directed special focus on resolving ageing cases and facilitating Beneficiary Non-Financials (BNFs) to withdraw funds so they can initiate construction of their houses.
SRSO officials reiterated that the organization remains committed to restoring dignity and shelter to flood-affected families through transparent and efficient implementation of SPHF and WASH initiatives.
