SUKKUR, Sep 03 (APP):Under the leadership of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shikarpur Mohammad Kaleem, police have taken action against the illegal sale and distribution of narcotics and gutka.

According to police spokesperson, Jamalpur police conducted an operation in the Inar Brohi village area and arrested a suspect identified as Abdul Faheem Soomro.

During a search, police allegedly recovered one packet of gutka supari from the suspect’s possession.

A case has been registered against the arrested him under the Gutka Mainpuri Act.

Police said that further investigation and other legal and procedural formalities are currently underway.
