Sindh Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that iWork4Sindh has become a complete digital career ecosystem for the youth of Sindh, where young people are being provided with employment opportunities, modern courses, and various facilities to align their skills with the global market.

KARACHI, Aug 29 (APP): Sindh Senior Minister for Information, Transport and Mass Transit Sharjeel Inam Memon has said that iWork4Sindh has become a complete digital career ecosystem for the youth of Sindh, where young people are being provided with employment opportunities, modern courses, and various facilities to align their skills with the global market.
    He said that the number of active job opportunities on the platform has increased from 16,200 to 19,973, while the number of registered candidates has reached 121,000. Similarly, the number of jobs posted has increased from 23,400 to 26,890, which is clear evidence of the platform’s continuous growth and the increasing interest of the youth.
    The Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that more than 457,000 job applications have been submitted through iWork4Sindh so far, reflecting the commitment of the youth of Sindh to practical engagement and employment.
    He said that the Sindh government’s aim is not only to provide jobs to the youth but also to prepare them for the demands of the modern economy. The number of youth completing courses under the Learn and Earn Program has also increased from 2,735 to 3,270, while more than 1,200 international courses are being offered to prepare the youth of Sindh for the global job market.
   He said that the Sindh government’s aim is to make the youth not just job seekers but job-ready. In this regard, a modern facility, the AI Auto CV Creator, has been introduced, providing young people with an opportunity to effectively present their skills and experience to the world through artificial intelligence and modern technology. Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the Sindh government is providing opportunities to the youth and taking practical steps to connect their skills with employment opportunities.
    Memon said that the Sindh government is determined to ensure that employment opportunities for the youth are not limited to traditional offices but also reach their doorsteps through digital platforms. Under this vision, iWork4Sindh is playing an important role in connecting the youth with education, training, skills, and employment opportunities.
