HYDERABAD, Jun 12 (APP): The Senior Vice President of Hyderabad Chamber of Small Trade and Small Industries (HCSTSI) Idress Chohan has said the federal government has presented a balanced budget for fiscal 2026-27.
Talking to the APP here on Friday, he expressed hope that the budget would support business and industry in the upcoming financial year.
He also welcomed the government’s decision against imposing new taxes on the motorbikes industry.
“The abolition of the super tax is also a bold and courageous decision,” he observed.
Chohan expressed hope to see the budget supporting fresh investments in trade and industry.
However, he underscored the need of ensuring complete implementation of the government’s policies so that the country and its people could really benefit from such decisions.
