District, Prison police organize events for Marka-e-Haq
HYDERABAD, May 10 (APP):Marka-e-Haq commemoration events were organized on Sunday by Hyderabad district police and at the Central Jail Hyderabad.
SSP Shahzeb Chachar while addressing the district police’s event said the day reminds the people of the national unity, patriotism and the country’s sovereignty.
He reiterated that the nation stood in support of the armed forces and the law enforcement agencies including police.
Chachar believed that the nation was united to confront any internal or external security challenges.
At the event, students of some private schools presented tableaux on the theme of Marka-e-Haq and national unity.
DIG Prisons Nasir Khan and Jail Superintendent Abdul Kareem Abbassi addressed the first anniversary celebration of Marka-e-Haq at the central jail.
Some prisoners also expressed their views on the occasion, praising the armed forces, their battle skills, courage and sacrifices.
