Youth commits suicide

MUZAFFARGARH, Jun 05 (APP):A teenage boy allegedly ended his life by consuming poisonous pills in Kot Addu,Rescue officials said on Friday.

Muhammad Adnan(16),r/o Pir Juggi Sharif area of Kot Addu,consumed poisonous pills commonly used for wheat preservation and died,according to rescuers.

Rescue officials,quoting eyewitnesses said that the boy had been facing ongoing domestic disputes.

They said the situation intensified on the day of the incident,after which he allegedly consumed the poisonous pills.

The exact reason behind the suicide could not be immediately ascertained.

Further investigation was underway.
