The University of Sargodha (UoS) formally launched a shuttle service for male and female students, on the special directions of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Tasawwar Hayat, to facilitate their commute, save their valuable time and provide better transport facilities.

SARGODHA, Oct 05 (APP): The University of Sargodha (UoS) formally launched a shuttle service for male and female students, on the special directions of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Tasawwar Hayat, to facilitate their commute, save their valuable time and provide better transport facilities.
According to a press release, service was introduced under the student-friendly policy of the vice chancellor and is aimed at providing greater convenience to students travelling to and from the university.
According to an order issued by the Transport Officer, the shuttle route was designated from Sargodha Stadium to Jamia Girls High School, Rehman Plaza and onward to University Gate No. 2.
Keeping in view students’ convenience and university timings, the shuttle service will operate in two morning shifts.
The first bus would depart at 7:15 am, while the second bus would leave at 7:45 am.
The university administration said provision of quality academic facilities as well as addressing students’ daily needs was among the priorities of Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Tasawwar Hayat.
The shuttle service had been launched to facilitate students’ arrival at the university and enable them
to devote more time and attention to their academic activities.
According to the university administration, efforts to improve academic, administrative and transport facilities would continue to provide students with a better educational environment.
