LAHORE, Mar 11 (APP):The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Wednesday arrested two suspects involved in human smuggling and illegal visa business during raids conducted by the Anti-Human Smuggling Circle in Lahore.
According to an FIA spokesperson,the arrested suspects were identified as Chaudhary Farman and Malik Ayaz Faisal.
The spokesperson said that accused Farman was running an illegal travel agency under the name of Ittehad Travel Consultant in Lahore.
During the raid,the FIA recovered eight Pakistani passports,several work visa contracts and other documents from his possession.
Meanwhile,the other suspect,Ayaz Faisal,allegedly received Rs.1.3 million from a citizen on the pretext of arranging a Belgium work visa.
Both suspects have been taken into custody and investigation has been initiated,the spokesperson added.
