ATTOCK, Jun 30 (APP): Police in Attock have taken two men into custody following allegations of the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old boy and the recording of objectionable videos in the Rango police station area.
Officials confirmed the arrests on Tuesday, saying the suspects were apprehended shortly after a formal complaint was filed.
According to police, the victim’s mother reported the matter at Rango police station after her son returned home visibly distressed. The boy later told her that two men had lured him to a vacant house in Sarka village, Hazro tehsil, where the alleged assault took place. The complainant also claimed that videos of the incident were made at the scene. The FIR names Muhammad Danish, son of Mehr Zeb, and Muhammad Zakir, son of Muhammad Yousaf, both residents of Sarka village.
Police said the case was registered immediately and an investigation was launched using technical and field methods. The suspects were arrested without delay, and digital evidence recovered during the inquiry is now being examined. Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and the accused will be presented before the relevant court as per legal procedure. Police have reiterated that the allegations remain under probe and that the suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
