Two held for possessing counterfeit currency notes

FAISALABAD, Jun 29 (APP): Jaranwala city police on Monday recovered counterfeit currency notes of one million rupees from two persons in tehsil Jaranwala.

According to police, Abdul Qayyum and Ahmad were waiting for a client at a bus stop near Lahore Morh for delivering the counterfeit currency notes to him when police raided and arrested them.

A legal action has been initiated against the accused.
