Three persons, including a minor child were killed and one sustained injuries in a road accident involving a passenger bus and a motorcycle near Adhi Wala on Kabirwala Road on Saturday, officials said.

KHANEWAL, Jun 20 (APP): Three persons, including a minor child were killed and one sustained injuries in a road accident involving a passenger bus and a motorcycle near Adhi Wala on Kabirwala Road on Saturday, officials said.
According to Rescue 1122, the accident occurred when a speeding bus collided with a motorcycle, killing three riders on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Zafar (55), Aiman (3) and Hooran Mai (37) while a woman, Shamshad Mai (35) was injured in the crash and was provided emergency medical aid by rescue personnel.
Rescue teams reached the site shortly after being informed and shifted the bodies and the injured to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Khanewal for medico-legal and treatment formalities.
Police have initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the exact cause of the accident.
