Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Anti-Human Trafficking Circle on Thursday, arrested three suspects allegedly involved in migrant smuggling and visa fraud during separate raids in Lahore and Sialkot.

LAHORE, Aug 06 (APP):Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Anti-Human Trafficking Circle on Thursday, arrested three suspects allegedly involved in migrant smuggling and visa fraud during separate raids in Lahore and Sialkot.
According to a FIA spokesperson, the suspect identified as Asif Murtaza was operating an illegal visa consultancy under the name of Al Haram Technical Trade and Training Center without a valid license. He allegedly deceived citizens by offering fake overseas employment opportunities and collected hefty sums from them.While the other two suspects identified as Ejaz and Arshad, were allegedly involved in attempting to smuggle the complainant’s son to Europe through the Libya route
During the raid, FIA recovered 18 Pakistani passports along with other relevant documents from the suspect’s possession.
The suspects were arrested and further investigation was underway.
