Suthra Punjab MD reviews cleanliness arrangements on Asghar Mall Road
RAWALPINDI, Sep 26 (APP): Managing Director Suthra Punjab Agency Rawalpindi Rana Sajid Safdar visited different areas along Asghar Mall Road to inspect cleanliness arrangements and ongoing field operations.
During the visit, he met sanitation workers and reviewed their field activities, while also listening to their concerns. He directed the relevant staff to further improve sanitation operations and ensure effective cleanliness arrangements in the area.
Speaking to shopkeepers, Rana Sajid Safdar urged them to dispose of waste in dustbins or hand it over to sanitation workers instead of throwing it on roads and streets.
He also appealed to citizens and traders not to burn waste or dump it in open spaces, saying that such practices pollute the environment and contribute to smog.
The MD said that maintaining a clean city was a shared responsibility of the administration and citizens and urged everyone to play their role in keeping the city clean.
